Space SharkicaneThe tools at Isaac Clarke's disposal put him at such a higher advantage than Chris or Leon that it's down right unfair. Even Wesker would be annihilated by Isaac Clarke. That's right. Albert Wesker would be killed by a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spaceman, so to speak. He'd be going on some delicious and glorious narcissistic tirade, and then Isaac Clarke would go on about his knowledge about "the dangers of men who think they're gods" or something, and then just decapitate that edgelord with his Plasma Cutter. The "edgiest edgelord that could" getting killed by an Engineer. Not a war hero, not a secret agent, not a survivor wanting personal revenge or something, not a team of BSAA agents, not even his own creations, but an Engineer with severely overpowered work tools and no military-grade combat training.
