African Rice | Xylophanes letiranti is a moth of the family Sphingidae[2] which can be found in Panama and Costa Rica. The wingspan is 102–112 millimetres (4.0–4.4 in). It is similar to Xylophanes crotonis but larger and darker and the antennae are more robust. The forewing upperside is very dark green, emerald green or brownish with touches of green. There is a diffuse black patch present distal to the discal spot, between the costa and the first postmedian line, contrasting with the ground colour. All oblique lines heavier than corresponding lines in Xylophanes crotonis. The fourth postmedian line is enlarged into a dark, diffuse, triangular patch on the inner margin. The oblique black lines on the forewing underside are straighter and more diffuse than in Xylophanes crotonis and the pale yellow spots forming the median band on the hindwing upperside are smaller and speckled with black scales, giving them a more blurred and sombre aspect. | 2020-06-19 21:03:15 |

It is a much-used east–west route in the North County region of San Diego County that begins in Oceanside near Interstate 5 (I-5) and continues east. It passes through the community of Bonsall and provides access to Fallbrook. East of the junction with I-15, SR 76 goes through Pala and Pauma Valley before terminating at SR 79. A route along the corridor has existed since the early 20th century, as has the bridge over the San Luis Rey River near Bonsall. The route was added to the state highway system in 1933, and was officially designated by the California State Legislature as SR 76 in the 1964 state highway renumbering. Originally, the entire highway was two lanes wide. Conversion of the highway to an expressway west of I-15 was completed in May 2017. East of I-15, SR 76 is mostly a two-lane highway. | 2020-06-19 19:32:54 |
Xx_ItsYAboi_xX | Topiary is the horticultural practice of training perennial plants by clipping the foliage and twigs of trees, shrubs and subshrubs to develop and maintain clearly defined shapes,[1] whether geometric or fanciful. The term also refers to plants which have been shaped in this way. As an art form it is a type of living sculpture. The word derives from the Latin word for an ornamental landscape gardener, topiarius, a creator of topia or "places", a Greek word that Romans also applied to fictive indoor landscapes executed in fresco. The plants used in topiary are evergreen, mostly woody, have small leaves or needles, produce dense foliage, and have compact and/or columnar (e.g., fastigiate) growth habits. Common species chosen for topiary include cultivars of European box (Buxus sempervirens), arborvitae (Thuja species), bay laurel (Laurus nobilis), holly (Ilex species), myrtle (Eugenia or Myrtus species), yew (Taxus species), and privet (Ligustrum species).[2] | 2020-06-19 11:21:33 |
