ChurnoI like to spread my butt before plopping it down onto the ol’ porcelain throne because it helps the soft snakes come out of hiding a lot more then just sitting down without spreading em like a convict. It also reduces the amount I have to wipe since the nasty little turds aren’t rubbing elbows-so to speak-with the inside of my fat rosy cheeks.The issue is, it’ll sometimes have a sort of splash damage effect while wiping, if you will. There will be little specks of poo cozied up on the rear end (get it haha) of the toilet seat. I choose not to clean it off because my house, my rules. However my wife for some reason seems to think this is an issue. Every time she goes into the bathroom after I go I hear her go “AUGHHH, REALLY BABE?!” Followed by sanitization procedure sounds. Churnoi started 3 months ago, and im never pooing again.at first you get bloated because all that excess poo is building up in your system, but DONT POO. once you get past day 8-10, you stop eating as much and your body uses the excess undigested poo in your descending colon as a fuel source, so you can cut your calories by a TON, still feel full, and get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ripped.also i feel way stronger so i think that poo buildup adds internal pressure to your chest cavity and lets you lift more.by the next week, the bloat goes away and you go into Pootosis, and you rarely get hungry. your body will run 100% on poo, then your "need to poo" will go away and you'll get hungry again.at this point you can eat more, to repoo your system with poo, then start all over again.you can still pee, but ♥♥♥♥ pooing man. im never taking a poo again2021-04-17 00:45:55
