CoolranchAfter thinking too hard about the phrase “a watched pot never boils,” Kramer convinces himself that if he constantly monitors every part of his body, he will never age. He rigs up an elaborate system of cameras on jibs connected to a heavy vest, giving him a complete 360-degree view of his body through multifaceted display goggles. The mechanism leaves him unable to see anything other than himself, but he’s fine with that, since if he takes his eyes off himself, he might deteriorate. Jerry trips and falls on stage and the audience finds it so hilarious he incorporates it into the beginning of every act. When the crowd’s response starts to diminish after a while, he steps up the severity of the ‘accident’, stumbling off the stage and landing on a table in the front row. Eventually, his act consists solely of crashing through the crowd suffering massive bodily damage, to thunderous applause and raucous laughter.2018-01-08 20:57:45
CoolranchElaine dates a man whose friends refer to him as “Brainiac.” When she asks him why, after they bump into a few of them on the sidewalk one day and they greet him with the moniker, he gets upset and refuses to explain. When George’s new girlfriend complains that he dresses too conservatively, he goes out and buys an entire wardrobe full of flashy outfits, some of them literally shining. On the way to Jerry’s apartment to show off his new mirrored suit, the glare blinds Elaine’s boyfriend, who slams into Kramer, knocking some of his cameras askew. No longer able to watch himself, Kramer instantly flash-boils, leaving only a steaming skeleton. "Oh, nice going, Brainiac!” shouts George. Elaine’s boyfriend runs away sobbing.
