GusA masterpiece of a game that is worth the price of a AAA game, and a steal at it's current price. There are only two things that I hold against the game. 1, the very early game (AKA pre boss) is easily the most boring part of the game, though most people won't notice that when playing for the first time. Just know that the game really begins after you defeat eye of cuthulu. 2, Master mode is a trap. Expert is tough enough already, and changes the way most enemies and bosses attack, as well as giving substantial rewards for doing so. Master Mode simply takes everything from expert mode, adds a trophy for each boss when you beat them, and turns everything into a health sponge that can one shot you. Even after 471 hours of playing, I still have not beaten the final boss on master mode playing mage, because it takes 10 years to clear the pillars, because the enemies there can one shot me.
