iiLeRossI did my research and figured out the technical “CURE" or answer. A grounded (release energy on outside) faraday (zero electricity inside) anechoic chamber (soundproofing) with skin (large interior space) I just don't have the funds or the property to design and build one, and don't want to go to my nearest university in fear of being kidnapped by the government.
