ben12345There were actually some others in the team who were attacking me which really pushed me over the edge causing me to destroy any chance our team had at winning the game. Even those who were friendly at the start weren't backing me up at the end after I had griefed the match. It is understandable they were upset about losing the game because of my griefing, but SURELY they should have seem that what I was doing was morally justified and in fact those to blame were those guys droning on and on and on at me over the mic.2022-12-20 22:09:58
ben12345So the result of all this is that this person decided to leave a comment on my profile calling me a 'noob'. Now, while that may be true in a lot of ways, at the time at which I lost my patience with my team, I was in fact performing better than any of my team (statistically). So I would like to say his comment was unfounded and potentially he is projecting his own insecurities regarding how he performed this match. ben12345Example 1: We are retaking A and I have only a shotgun. I am walking clearing angles on long hoping to either kill someone and take their gun or back-stab the terrorists on long. I ended up losing the fight and got verbally assaulted over mic.Example 2: We are retaking B and I'm walking through tunnels. Instead of waiting for me to get onto site my teammate decides to rush in and die. I get blamed for being too slow.Clearly I was making the correct plays in both these situations. First case I just lost the fight and second example I did nothing wrong. After they kept complaining over microphone I lost my patience and decided to grief the game. ben12345Today this person learnt an important life lesson - don't demoralise those who you are working with, otherwise they may not be working with you much longer (he was being toxic in csgo and got griefed as a result). Making sure we lost the game was actually satisfying to me after being yelled at for others mistakes repeatedly.2022-12-20 21:57:25
