TesseractSo I have a thing with Bethesda games; to avoid missing out on 'DA GOOD $#!T'. I play a game IN ITS ENTIRETY, with ALL DLC, before moving on to the next one in the series. Because of this, ONLY NOW am I playing New Vegas. Wish me luck...if past experience is any warning, I'll paly through it, forget about it until I read fluff about the game for 5 straight hours, then mod the crap out of it, install all the DLC, and then play it AGAIN before I'm truly done with it. TesseractPlaying Mass Effect 2... My favorite class for all difficulties is definetely Sentinel. One of the worst classes in ME1 turns into the Jack of All Trades in ME2. TesseractOn Gaming...I often hear people complain about 'terrible game play'. While not inaccurate, it is my belief that this is a ham-handed term, condemning entire elements of game play as opposed to the bad games that they are a part of. I believe that there is no such thing as a bad game play element; only poor implementations of it.Take Yahtzee's worst nemesis, the Quick Time Event (QTE). Yahtzee himself states that there are ways to make this supposed 'abomination' of game design work well: as he says, 'make them a core part of game play'. Well, look at the WarioWare series. Practically built on QTE's, and it's the funnest thing in the damn world.
