BerzerkSlayerHey man, not sure if you're reading the comments anymore, but I wanted to ask you a question in regards to ePSXE and Reshade that I've asked forums and even r/emulation, but haven't got an answer to (the latter was so helpful to take my topic down and act like you can't post tech support questions to the sub), and I saw that you managed to play Xenogears with an older version of Reshade in 2015 on your channel End World Gaming. How did you get Reshade to work with ePSXE? All I keep getting when I run it with the Pete's OpenGL 2.9 plugin is the error message "ChoosePixelFormat failed."Thanks in advance!2017-08-13 09:25:52
Pumba547Saw your video running Mercenaries 2 on Windows 10. Did you change any settings (ie. Compatibility) to get it to run? Thanks!2016-12-10 11:24:34
timelessbrillianceMerry Xmas Shaun, Best wishes for 2016!2015-12-25 17:56:55

Daily Game BytesHello again Malthasar, I've sent your new key in an e-mail a little earlier today, I hope this time it goes smoothly. Most definitely agreed with you on that as well, thankfully the developers were understanding of the situation and sent me a new key for you. I hope that you enjoy the game!2015-05-19 12:33:18
MalthasarNot being able to verify keys is one of the biggest inconveniences of steam...2015-05-19 11:44:43
Daily Game BytesHello Malthasar, I greatly apologize for the inconvenience. It would seem that not only did the developers of Lords of Xulima give me a duplicate key but the developers of Folk Tale did as well (Unfortunately I have no way of testing to see if these keys have been used or not =() I've contacted the developers to rectify the issue and I hope to hear from them soon. It really hasn't been my day today lol.2015-05-18 17:10:12
MalthasarHi, the steamkey for Folk Tale is already used :-(.2015-05-18 15:39:03
timelessbrillianceThanks a lot! Will let you know how I get on.2014-11-30 13:42:10
Daily Game BytesAnytime! I uploaded my current ENB settings for you since I had them ready for upload already. This is version .264 (It might be a little bit older than what's currently available since I haven't messed around with the mod in a little while). I hope these settings work for ya just as well as those ones. I know that the more modern versions of the ENB can be a bit picky on what it works with though so give it a try and feel free to let me know if they work out for you. You can find the download for the ENB here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/qsa71j5buths6bn/ENB+264.rar{LINK REMOVED}http://www.mediafire.com/download/tsrgyrdv201c2o2/Kyo%27s+SweetFX+SMAA+1.4+with+1.5+Shader.rar#39;s_SweetFX_SMAA_1.4_with_1.5_Shader.rarHere's an updated version of the SweetFX SMAA mod with my settings if you'd like to try that version as well.As for Valkyria Chronicles, I'm enjoying it quite a bit but I'm actually writing my review for it as we speak haha. Gotta get it finished. Happy gaming!2014-11-30 12:48:12
timelessbrillianceThanks, I'll give the Oblivion flag a try. Do please let me know if you ever get round to uploading your updated Amalur mod files. In the meantime, I'll stick with your old sweetfx/ENB combo unless you have any other suggestions (such as either / or). Many thanks and enjoy Valkyria Chronicles (finally completed it a few months back on PS3)!2014-11-30 12:42:11
Daily Game BytesYou're quite welcome for the quick reply and no worries about the second .dll file, I imagine that confuses quite a few people out there. As for the ENB GFX Mod, that's quite strange that it doesn't want to toggle on and off. And yep these settings were made to run with the in-game post processing enabled. I usually force SSAO using Nvidia Inspector with The Elder Scolls Oblivion compatability flag. I try to pick compatability flags that match the game in question, depending on the game type usually. For racing games I usually use Grid as a compability flag as an example.I hope that helps out! Good luck!2014-11-30 12:19:03
timelessbrillianceFirst off, thank you so much for the swift reply. In respect to the d3d9 (2).dll, I got confused because there was also a sweetfx.dll in the same folder - so I assumed that one must be redundant or else they must have different functions. I did leave them all in though. Now, my apologies because SweetFX WAS working after all! K-putte of sweetfx community fameinformed me that unlike traditional SweetFX injection which uses scroll lock for toggle, Boulotour's injector (which I assume you were using) uses the INS key instead. Gave it a go and voila, the difference was tangible. Still couldn't get the ENB to toggle though. Was the package intended to be used in conjunction with the native / in-game post-processing set to "on" or instead of it? Also do you force SSAO on via Nvidia inspector and the Colonial Marines compatibility flag?2014-11-30 12:04:48
Daily Game BytesI later learned that most games don't really work with the SweetFX mod in conjunction with the ENB mod so I stopped using the combination to alleviate the confusion. If you didn't include the d3d9 (2).dll file in the directory where the game is installed then I recommend including that and all of the other files as well because that tells the ENB graphics mod to load the SweetFX mod at the same time as ENB. I can't guarantee that switching it on and off will show any improvements or not though because its loading it differently. Also sorry for the late reply as well, I was playing a game and didn't realize I had a comment lol.I hope that helps out in the end and if you ever need any other help feel free to let me know and I'll try to alleviate the issue for ya.2014-11-29 23:26:43
Daily Game BytesHello there Timeless Brilliance, I'm glad to hear that you enjoy my work haha. No worries about being a newbie, we were all in your shoes at one point, even myself. As for the mod itself, the all in one version that I have uploaded to the videos for Kingdoms of Amalur is actually a bit outdated now and I actually don't use the combination anymore. I just haven't taken the time to change the links, my apologies. The d3d9 (2).dll is actually the SweetFX dll. (Both SweetFX and ENB use the same DLL so I forced the ENB mod to load both mods at the same time using the enblocal, otherwise they would overwrite each other making one of them useless.)2014-11-29 23:26:38
timelessbrilliance(contd. from previous post due to character limit)What's more, I can't tell if SweetFX is active or not. I'm presuming it isn't as pressing scroll lock has no noticable effect and certainly isn't adding any FXAA to proceedings despite being set to on in your configuration file (tested by turning Amalur native postprocessing setting off and not forcing AA via any other means). I have tried other sweetFX presets / injection packages and a different (basic) enb package and they all work fine but don't come close to the enhancements you have showcased. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?I noticed a d3d9 (2).dll in the package in addition to the regular d3d9.dll . . . ? I found proxylibrary instructions for this d3d9 (2).dll at the beginning of the enblocal.ini but no proxylib instructions for sweetfx.dll. . .?Anyway, sorry to bother you and thank you for your time.2014-11-29 22:29:48
timelessbrillianceHi there. Big fan of your work. Sorry to be a noob but seem to be having some trouble getting your Kingdoms of Amalur ENB and SweetFX mod to work fully and would really appreciate some advice.I used the all-in-one package you uploaded with your Youtube vid. The ENB side of things is definitely active as I get the ENB overlay at the beginning and the game looks considerably better but I am unable to compare changes with vanilla / default in game as right shift + F12 doesn't seem to work.2014-11-29 22:29:11
SaintHey, i just let a message on your youtube vid about dark cloud, if you can help that would be great2014-07-17 21:28:15
