| dave | Sorthious, I do have a copy of Future Pinball I downloaded about 6y ago (still the latest, officially, anyway). It seemed like an incredible "upgrade" to one of my first pinball simulators, Bill Budge's Pinball Construction Set (C64), but I was never able to get Future Pinball to work right with a controller. Tried again in response to your comment, but I don't think I even was able to get the game to start. Could get the table to nudge, but the flippers wouldn't flip. I tried following some of the links from the official site, but most are dead (including the forums where I was hoping to look for info on the controller). | Sorthious | I hear ya. I have time now that I didn't have before and I love the nostalgia of Pinball and old Arcade Video Games. You ever use/hear of Future Pinball? I have a few machines on that, including Whirlwind, it's an old Pinball Sim, but the games are really good. I'm using Linux, so I had to run it through Wine, but it's made for Windows. Must be some bug in whatever you're looking at in Steam as I just finished playing a little Pinball FX. I've been enjoying their Williams tables and trying (with a little success) to get my scores in their original Tesla game not quite so pathetic. Haven't been looking at Pinball Arcade or Zaccaria forums much lately. But it's true, looking at my Steam logs, this semester has been busy enough I'm down to about 15-20 minutes a day for pinball.
