It still works quite well other than the occassional decision not appearing and the 100 legitimacy requirement not working for some government types. Im going to try to make a mod inspired by it but one that is more up-to-date. CrowkeeperYou could upload Merciless Ruler to Skymods. Also, it was likely removed because at least one of the interactions available in your mod is a bit controversial and over the top. If you uploaded a mod with just the option to loot settlements it would probably be fine.2020-09-23 00:34:01

PossumFlavoredSo, for you mod merciless ruler, I was wondering if you could please add the ability to lower the rewards from looting and raising settlements. They seem rather large to me, would be nice to have 1/2 or 1/3 rewards option. Also, change to modify the character with wrath, cruel, maybe even insaine on raise, and the like.
