KenoWhy are fat people so bad at estimating calories? My sister is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 290lbs and gets fatter all the time, but she insists she keeps a nutritional diary and will start losing weight 'when the old food leaves her body' I managed to steal it and read it and it makes no sense how she is calculating her calories. For example, she had a Big Mac for a 'snack' and broke down the caloriesBun: 50 calories Patty: 50 calories Lettuce and Onion: 0 calories Sauce: 20 calories Cardboard box (consumed): -20 calories total: 100 calories Big Macs have the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nutriton on the website of McDonalds She also had 5 snickers bars and wrote 'each bar less cal than last' and had it as 400 calories (one bar is at least 200).
