Fat gorillaTo be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Team Fortress 2. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewers head. There's also Heavy's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Nicholas Sparks literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about HATS. As a consequence people who dislike Team Fortress 2 truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Spy's existential catchphrase "Hon hon hon!" which itself is a cryptic reference to Sun Tzu's Art of War. All for a bowl of shark fin soup, he torpidoed into the depths of the pacific ocean. such greatness of life was lost, probably for the soup of the yakusa boss. we can only dream to reach such prestige as the quiet, kind, and all knowing shark known as sharkdude. may his legend live on. people will tell tales about him mercilessly shredding noobs in tf2 for generations to come. He always stood up for what is just, and for that he earned many of mans respect. May he not be forgotten. he will forever live in our hearts. to many gg's we had my good friend. and for many more we will have in another life. You will be missed.
