If the latter, it's a bug in the mod that should be fixed already, you can try updating that specific mod (manually downloading the mod and nothing else), loading the save, and seeing if that fixes it.Dragon has some issues, but afaik they are mainly a problem in saves where the mod is *disabled*.Are you on the Invisible Inc.
