He had an Awoken Skill that was only labeled as "Unknown Skill" due to the fact that it was a skill not created by the game's developers, and at the time, Dual Masenko was not available to CaCs naturally. With then-future DLC, it did become available, but at the time it was not. Therefore, however minor it might have been, he was cheating. This isn't about perspective, this is about facts.
