Pte JackSleeve clipping is going to be a thing when using the HWM scout model, the player and the HWM models are not the same. https://i.imgur.com/Jf6M85v.png I don't think I added the painting ability to the backpack in my textures.In order to have the nopack version of the scout, you have to use the HWM or the Scout enhanced model, other than that, you're into having to model what you want yourself or find another model that uses the same textures as the packs I put into the workshop.2019-07-13 16:19:13
Pte JackWhat you have there is what is known as back face culling. Th strap is just a single layer of mesh and the face pointed to the camera is the back face of that mesh. You either have to thicken the mesh with a soldify modifier (preferred) or turn off backface culling in the materials with a $nocull 1 statement (Not preferred)2019-07-11 13:05:22

Pte JackTFExtracts is a folder that we manually added to the SFM\game folder. then we used GCFScape or Crowbar to extract the Materials, Models, Particles and Sound folders from the tf2_misc_dir, tf2_sound_misc_dir, tf2_sound_vo_english_dir and tf2_textures_dir VPK files found in the Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf Folder. Then we included the new TFExtracts folder to SFM using the Source Filmmaker SDK Edit search paths function so SFM could find it. We moved that TFextract folder above TF but below TF_Movies in the SDK stack.2019-06-17 11:46:02
