Well, lemme tell ya... the highest temperature there is the lowest temperature here in the Balkans, where I am currently on a week-long vacation/trip to Croatia (and Bosnia)! Very hot here, very Mediterranean and beautiful. Normally I wouldn't go on such trips, but putting my disdain for tourism aside here I am. VindemiatriXIt is always a pleasure to read, especially alone on a rainy night. The Baltic Sea is beautiful in the summer and it sounds great on a bike trip. genericCan't say much happened in April... Lately I've been dawdling on and off in life without getting much done. Though I have been reading much more than I did before! I recently finished Anna Karenina - great book, reading it was a joy. Started reading Yukikaze the other day as I've seen the anime adaptation and thought the book might be swell. As for summer. . . Man, it's gonna be hard to top the summer of '22! Now that I have a bike I'm thinking of doing some small-scale trips round the west of Latvia, near the town where my heart feels the most at ease. VindemiatriXHouseki no Kuni is def my fav, one of my friend is a big fan of this. Talking about Japan, I will stay in Osaka and Kyoto for most of the time. It's going to be a great experience. Kanjis are hard to memorise, but with proper method you can get to it much more easily.I haven't played any TH games for years. It's retro to me now. On the topic of Japan; I dunno if I told you this already, but I've taken up studying Japanese as of late. The kanji, specifically. Felt like it's about time to finally do something I've been meaning to do for years. It's generally fun. Some kanji are more tedious than others.The anime industry really is something nowadays. Though I think it's always had a bit of awesome sprinkled in a cesspool of mediocrity. Maybe you've seen my retweets of it on Twitter, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Houseki no Kuni. It's my favourite manga/anime (4/12 volumes animated, sadge) and it might just be the good plot you're looking for. Very original too, nothing like it out there.2022-12-08 15:07:32

Tbh it def would be fun since I havent been travelling so far away from Europe after 2019. I'm into watching some history-based documentaries and TV series recently. Bocchi the Rock is kinda fun to watch, but the anime industry is declining ngl, I haven't seen a single good plot for years.
