ToastyLycan (pl_venice loveradd all ingredients (except the pepper) & boil it until soft (takes around an hour)(sometimes it dries up so just add water and mix if it does)then boil until *almost* no sauce,& let it “fry” in that good good oil from both the pork & the one you added in and bits of sauce for a whilebefore adding more water for the yummy sauce to come back (add as much amount of water based on how much sauce you want)wait for it to boil and wait for five minutes or so then turn of the fireyou can keep it boiling if you accidentally added more water than you wanted, turn the fire off once it’s a satisfying amountmix the pepper in after turning off the fire.this takes at best around 2 hours? but u can cook this in around 1 hour if you skip boiling to soften the meat and more just into 'looks very brown and cooked',if u have it as leftovers, you can use the sauce(and the garlic in it if you added many) as friedrice seasoning and shred and fry the meat up to make yummy adobo flakes2023-12-29 02:40:15
